“Baby & Me Yoga” and “Kids Yoga (ages 0-7)” classes are now at Abracadabra Play & Cafe!
What?
“Baby and Me Yoga”:
Your baby and you will learn helpful and fun techniques for stretching, coordination, and Emotional Intelligence! Miss Stav uses puppets and jingles for a most engaging class. Caregivers are welcome to stretch too- but there’s no pressure and no breaking a sweat! This class is specifically designed for baby’s development and milestones. Feel free to bring a mat and baby blanket!
“Kids Yoga (ages 0-7)”:
This class is designed for children up to 7 years old! Miss Stav teaches kid-friendly yoga poses, breathing techniques, and self-regulation tools. Your kiddos will find mindfulness through movement and body awareness, as well as gross and fine motor skills! Classes are silly and fun, especially with Miss Stav’s pig puppet, “Oinky”. Feel free to bring a mat!
Space is limited- 10 family maximum.

Non Members: $35/per class + An additional One (1) Hour @ Abracadabra’s Indoor Playground!
Members: $20/per class + An included reservation @ Abracadabra’s Indoor Playground!
