one-on-one sessions

Miss Stav will work with your child to practice mindfulness through movement, kids yoga, breathing, and Social Emotional Learning, for a stronger Emotional Intelligence (EI) and body awareness. This 30-minute one-on-one session includes mindful exercise, stretching, breathing awareness, self-regulation, positive thinking that promotes confidence, balancing poses, focus tools, and relaxing rest time!

Schedule what works for you! Sessions can be scheduled 1-3 times per week. You can check our availability here.

It takes about 5 sessions to begin using the tools and techniques outside of sessions! We recommend purchasing 5-10 credits.

A signature is required in order for your child to participate. A liability waiver is a standard form required at most yoga, dance, and gymnastic studios.
