one-on-one sessions
Miss Stav works one-to-one with your child to nurture mindfulness through movement, blending kids yoga, breathwork, and social-emotional learning to strengthen emotional-regulation and body awareness. This thoughtfully designed 30-minute session includes playful movement, gentle stretching, breathing techniques, self-regulation tools, confidence-boosting practices, balance and focus exercises, and a soothing relaxation period—creating a supportive space where children can feel calm, capable, and connected.

Schedule what works for you! Sessions can be scheduled 1-3 times per week. You can check our availability here.

It takes about 5 sessions to begin using the tools and techniques outside of sessions! We recommend purchasing 5-10 credits.

waiver
A signature is required in order for your child to participate. A liability waiver is a standard form required at most yoga, dance, and gymnastic studios.
